You're buying a portion of a locally raised hog from 4M Livestock — either a whole, half, or quarter. Your share includes premium cuts like bacon, ham, sausage, pork chops, ribs, and roasts, all custom cut, vacuum sealed, and ready for your freezer.
We sell pork by hanging weight at $6.50lbs, which includes the cost of raising, feeding, and butchering the hog.
Hanging weight is typically about 72% of the live weight. For example, a 300 lb hog will have a hanging weight of about 216 lbs. From that, you'll receive approximately 65% as packaged meat.
Whole Hog:

Half Hog:

Quarter Hog:

You’ll work directly with the butcher to customize your cut sheet and choose your preferred options.
At 4M Livestock, we include all butchering and processing fees in your per-pound price — no surprise costs. Your pork will be professionally processed, vacuum sealed, and frozen for convenience.
Fill out the order form and submit it. We then will follow-up with an email with your estimated total purchase, as well as your deposit invoice. The Deposit invoice can be paid via Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, Venmo.
The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup or delivery.
